Mayor Richard Foyet

The current mayor of Wilsburough, and a former radio host. He was elected nearly ten years ago, for many citizens they have never known another mayor. He’s often found in city hall located in the Wilsburough Proper District. His political career has seemingly halted, and he has accepted that his mayoral position is the highlight of his career.

He is a meek and quiet man with very little to say, he is afraid and easily influenced and intimidated. He’s wrapped up in a corrupt deal with Stephen Cox’s father to keep his son above the law. This effectively makes him a puppet of the Cox family. The public is unaware of this and Foyet has grown increasingly paranoid about them finding out.

Sheriff Harrington, the Burch Carlisle and marsh families, and Patrick Carlson have good relations with Mayor Foyet.
