City Of Shattered Light

A futuristic Cubist metropolis rises from angular glass buildings, fragmented streets, geometric clouds, and overlapping viewpoints. The sun, windows, and streetlights break into sharp planes of gold, cobalt blue, crimson, silver, and black, while fractured reflections scatter across polished sidewalks and mirrored towers. Painted in a contemporary 1990s palette-knife impressionist style, the work combines early twentieth-century Cubism with bold futuristic architecture. Dense impasto, crisp knife lines, luminous warm colors, and contrasting cool accents give the cityscape striking texture, depth, and geometric energy.
