Undoing the top 10 each week is unreasonable, so I'm shifting  the rules will be VOTING WILL BE REQUIRED TO HOLD 1st, 2nd, 3rd places. This will simplify things, and motivate ranking/voting. 
If there are more than 75 entries I will make it a 20 slot ranking list next week.
