Star
Portrayed by Yvonne Bar
Yvonne Bar plays Star with a dangerously polished intensity — a cosmic powerhouse who believes, with absolute sincerity, that she’s the greatest heroine the world has ever known. Her Ryan Ripley radiates charisma and control, smiling like a savior while her eyes betray something colder and far more entitled. Bar captures the unsettling duality perfectly: a woman adored by the public, yet unraveling under the weight of her own self-importance.
In this New MCU, Star isn’t a villain by choice — she’s a believer. Every rescue reinforces her conviction that she alone knows what’s best. Every critic becomes an enemy of progress. Her powers surge with her emotions, giving her an almost divine aura that she mistakes for destiny. Bar’s performance makes her both magnetic and terrifying, the kind of “heroine” who destroys lives while insisting she’s saving them.
