Speed West Racing, Episode 1.64A: Rhonda Progresses in the Analytics

Michele: "Ohmigosh! You just nailed that explanation. You are really getting it!"

Rhonda: "Yes! [laughs with joy] Yes! Mich, you don't know how much this means to me. My whole life, there have been only a handful of people who've tried to help me do something really good. When I think about the way you and Sabi and the Wests have just, I don't know, invested in me, I just kinda get overwhelmed."

Michele: "Well, it comes from challenges in the past. When my dad died, the Wests just sort of welcomed my mom and me in, and we just made this big extended family. Jack became my "second dad" which I really needed since I was so young, and he's just really good at that kind of 'dad' nurturing. And Sabi loves having more sisters, so now you and Mari are part of it, too. [pauses] And to me, it just feels really good and right. I'm glad you're here."

[hugs and tears of joy from both women]
