Prohibition Era Speakeasy has quite a story behind it. My sweet mother is the namesake of the famous Bonnie of "Bonnies" in the Gaslamp District in San Diego. Still a thriving Bar and Grill in modern San Diego with a focus on the strength of women.

Determined women with a mighty will of their own raise our families and have been fantastic role models for me. Though mine have been on the virtuous side of the law, the original Bonnie did whatever she had to more than survive, but to live and leave a legacy.

This is why I do my Bonnie's Girls and varying versions of them.
