Ooh, I love this one.  Reminds me of the design Paul "Otaking" had for the Master's control room in his Doctor Who Anime short.

yeah, I love the console all the buttons and screens, and the black neon rotor... what short is that? I don't think I've seen it...

It came out about 12 years ago, it was entirely animated and edited by one guy who went on to animate some of the lost episodes for the BBC (the short was basically his resume/job interview for them).
