Thanks to a side conversation with @Elenriel it was suggested I try kelpie with centaur and landed here... the having a blether part was pulled from what Scotland is known for search I did on Google's top result and not intended to insult anyone. Being (a thoughtful) American I was just trying to do a bit of research before I made some incorrect statement / addition to the prompt.
