For Der Blitzkinder Academia, I'd like to concentrate on the students in the "remedial program." However, not all of the students would qualify. For instance, Oleander Leo would be in an advanced program. She needs some counseling but not as much as some of children in the remedial program.

Oleander Leo grew up as a child warrior, but she's maintained a remarkably healthy self-image. Her adult level counseling is aimed at treating her as a combat veteran. Her initial relationship to the "sweat hogs" in the remedial program would be that of a peer counselor. (Yeah! Let's see how long being impartial works for her!)
