Perhaps, even if I have no hope of ever dying and reaching Heaven, I can still reach Nirvana, right here where I am. I’ve studied Buddhism, just as Jesus did, but while Jesus focused on the helping-others part, I’m a little stuck on the let-go-of-yourself part. I’ve got to admit, I kind of like myself. Can’t I go to Nirvana and bring myself along?
