Kali Neelam [Hindi: "Black Sapphire"] is an autistic, Korean girl who, potentially, can level a city block in mere seconds. Obviously, people get nervous whenever she has a tantrum or (even scarier) an autistic meltdown.

Fortunately, cutting loose full-bore requires calmness, not fury. Unfortunately, being truly upset still permits significant destructive potential. However, when she's in crisis, she pretty much ignores anything that's either beyond her throwing range or not perceived as a direct threat. Hence, it's the collateral damage that's most troublesome.

Autism can accompany other neurological disorders, so her real friends are quite patient with her.
