It sounds badly thought out to me! And what will happen to tips? If I tip someone since I'm a Pro, does that expire or not.
Originally credits are meant to be rewards and rewards act as incentives, this sounds like more of a punishment and therefore it will have the opposite effect and drive people away:-( I thought NC wanted to encourage artists and help them develop, not just make money from us? People should not be penalised for not being able to go Pro.
