Giuseppe Arcimboldo was an Italian painter from the 16th century and is known for his paintings in which flowers, vegetables or objects are arranged in a portrait. I tried to recreate something like this but the AI focused a bit too much on realism at the prompt and instead of an oil painting style came out photographic hyperrealism. And this effect is very funny.
