They act almost like a mentor to Elara, helping her through tough choices, almost to the point of being a parent to her. They are the head fire mage, and are part dragon. They were close to Valeria when they were younger, but as Valeria started to distance herself from everyone, and their greatest regret is not doing more when their friend was obviously struggling. They act as a foil to Valeria with their vibrant and optimistic personality. Their ultimate sacrifice is giving up their fire magic to save Valeria from her icy curse, rendering them both powerless, and finally clearing their horrible guilt about letting Valeria go.
