Director

Mechanics:

The Director has control over parts of the environment, able to lock doors remotely or shift the layout of hallways to trap you.

It can summon ghostly images of previous victims (other workers) who chase or distract the player, forcing you to constantly stay on the move.

If your sanity drops too low while in its presence, your vision will distort, causing you to become disoriented and easier to catch.

Jumpscare: The Director suddenly appears in front of you, tapping its golden pen against your chest. Before you can react, it jabs the pen into your eye, your vision blurring and swirling with ink-like tendrils as you scream in agony. The last thing you hear is the calm tapping of the pen as your world goes black.

Game Over Voiceline: "You’ve reached the end of the corporate ladder… it's a long fall down."
