After the first failed experiments, some nations decided to give up bacteriological weapons for good. Not because of moral issues -- turbo-liberal capitalism has no moral principles, for if it did it could not exist as such -- but out of mere calculus of convenience.

For -- it was the reasoning -- if the practice were spread, it would also partly immunize humanity, thus failing the basic motive of germ warfare itself.
