Glowspawn

Glowspawn often appear in places where planar boundaries are weak—particularly along coasts at night. Sailors sometimes mistake them for friendly lantern spirits, but the truth is far darker: they feed on faint traces of life force, attaching their tendrils to prey as they drain vitality. Though weak, they often travel in clusters, overwhelming small animals or unlucky travelers who draw too close. They are seen as ill omens, for where Glowspawn gather, their elders are not far behind.
