Why is it I get meditating females with this prompt that targets Insane Asylums?
Tried out the Community Lora 'Hyperreal' TEXT ONLY
these Lora's are not eligible for challenges - looking at this result, it is not much different than what I would have gotten with just a regular SDXL mode.
The prompt itself goes back a long time, but of late I had added a couple more modifiers.

Re: "meditating females" I see strong overtones of a "mother earth" - type figure. I can see you would get this as a result of your first 15ish words. I recently read that the words before the first comma are weighted more heavily than the rest so the overarching idea should be written in full before that first punctuation mark, even if it is a very long sentence with run on.
