You should talk about this to people close to you, I am sure they will be more helpful than us. I hope you will get over this depression and feel better in a near future.

I do have a therapist, but we don't talk often which is quite problematic for me :| And the reason I don't really talk to my friends about it is that they either aren't really reliable for emotional support, or don't speak fluent English lol

But I do feel like I'm getting better (or at least better than I was last year). I still have self-doubt but I tend to not think about it when I'm occupied with other things (friends, nightcafe, art, singing, etc.)
