Sif, wife of Thor in Norse Mythology. Sif was famous for her very long, radiantly beautiful golden hair, which was one day stolen by Loki. This image was an attempt to depict her before that moment, as she slept in the grass and flowers. But not long afterwards she received new hair, spun of the purest gold by master dwarf crafters, and it was finer by far than even her natural hair.
What figure, location or scene from Norse Mythology should I attempt to create next? Suggestions welcomed in comments.
