This result is much different, mainly because the Icy Manipulator in the original artwork itself isn’t “icy”, or at least isn’t outwardly so. I then interpreted this artwork as it compelling people to coldly do anything to achieve their goals, or to obtain the orb itself. This also can be used to excuse the misshapen hands as those in pursuit of power being corrupted by it.
