Das ist vielleicht eine Frage des Urheberrechts. In den AGBs von nightcafé steht ja auch, dass man im Fall der öffentlichen Verwendung eines der prinzipiell urheberrechtsfreien Bilder prüfen soll, ob das Foto nicht von anderen beansprucht wird. Und so könnten sie Fotos von Usern eventuell nicht für andere User freigeben. - Ist nur eine Hypothese.
