The title phrase was conceived of by me at random, the words popped into my head, including date and time.
I decided to check on Wikipedia. It appeared on that day at that exact time a certain James French had been sent to the other world, for committed crimes.
Poignant detail: he made a suggestion for a headline to the journalist who would cover the exec. :
