Fantastic! Congrats on the win! šš„š This has different spices and fruits, but I grew up having a Midwestern USA Version of Rice Pudding quite often. And also bread pudding which was quite similar but using stale/leftover bread instead of rice.
Oh this looks and sounds amazing!! I can't wait to try "rice pudding" with Indian seasoning and rice! Southern American style is similar but we don't use bay leaf.... Just leftover white rice, raisins or other dried fruit, vanilla, cinnamon and hot hot milk... Then chill in the fridge until "set". Yum! š
