edit: wow thank you all for the votes! I didn't expect any votes let alone top 20%! I'm so happy :) Thanks so much!
I had a lot of ideas, a lot of renders, but went with this one because polar bears.
One of my favorite stuffies is a polar bear that I rescued years ago at a charity shop. When anxiety is bad (it's always bad), I hug my bear and that helps. When panic attacks start, I hug him and that helps. Just petting his soft fur helps me stay "connected".
I deal with a lot of things mentally and physically as a result of childhood trauma and trauma throughout adult life, so this challenge was kind of difficult.
Going on a walk, a bit of yoga, taking a few deep breaths, a hot bath, meditating, yeahno none of that stuff works for me.
Neurographic art helps, hugging my stuffies helps, holding my therapy doll helps too, doing crafts, video games, napping helps. Staring at the ceiling helps sometimes. None of that stuff renders in a way others would understand I don't think.
