Marketed as 'the family space-wagon' the DreamCraft was an instant success in the private space industry, boasting a more efficient housing for the Dama II drive and better-apportioned living quarters. The SkyTrain approach to upgrading based on existing chassis saved the company effort in manufacture and design, and also made SkyTrain vessels instantly recognizable as well as easily serviceable.

In addition, TeaWater basically produced the same vessel under lease as the Venture, filling in multi-use roles the DreamCraft, with its dedication as a private space, couldn't.
