Meet the rhetorical retired general of the Okpaq Resistance, & mastermind of the organization. Quintus will be a pivotal character in the first chapter, both mentoring future radicalisms, young soldiers, & most importantly Reginald Rayson.
His behavior is entirely benevolent & smart. Quintus thinks critically in all situations at hand, ensuring several alternative routes for those who need it. Quintus does have other extensive qualities, but if told, his identity will be revealed.
Throughout the story, he'll be the quiet, 'In the Shadows' type of character. His intellect will save thousands of gentlemen, ladies, & veterans. Quintus will be taking every action to ensuring a better world to live in.
I did forget about some important facts! Quintus does have the unique ability of detecting gun fire, electrical outputs & more.
Unfortunately, once Operation A.P.E.X. is at hand, Quintus will let go of his ideas.
