Dedicated to my best friend whom I met in 2008 while working overnights at Target. By 2021, she no longer desired to live in this world and therefore, driven by her melancholy madness, she ended her misery. I love you, Courtney, I always will~🌺💕
She is depicted as the one on the left, taller than me, friendlier than me, bearing more sadness than me but never showing it. We loved enjoying coffee after our overnight shifts each morning whether it was at the Starbucks in our store, or at the IHOP down the street. The last time I'd seen her, I'd moved south to an ugly town, but affordable, and she'd visited me only this one time.
