Some numbers from the Fill In the Blanks #18 Challenge:
- 77% scored below 3.25
- 50% scored below 3.12
- 28% score below 3
- only 10 entries out of 353 scored above 3.5
- even the winner "only" has 3.73
- in the first 50 places, only 9 followed instructions to only put your words in the caption (plus any Loras if used)
- This is discouraging! Downvoters are ruining it for everybody! Some people don't understand the rules and vote low because they think a creation didn't use the prompt, but that's impossible because if the prompt isn't used it isn't allowed to submit! Some people don't even know the difference between the caption and the prompt. For now, I don't feel like starting a new challenge. Maybe I will sometime, maybe I won't. Anyway thanks to all who followed instructions and voted fairly!


Thank you! I just to sent out a similar "thank-you note" in one of my games with &gt;than one third downvoted below 3. And it was similarly almost impossible to be off-topic and none was. In my case, maybe people thought the fingers weren't right, but in fact, they are complying to the morphing Borg, in beaming process prompt. I summitted the correct caption into the game, changed it for publication only. But as you predicted few people would actually summit the correct caption. Even though, didn't help my ranking, lol, maybe on the contrary... I do hope you continue to do these games, though. They are fun, relaxing to create and I usually use prompt parts of them for some other creations later on. But you're right: The downvoting is discouraging. I do not provide a link to a challenge, just it's title, if I get downvoted and I don't go through the other works after a game, giving out likes, as I feel like I'd awarding downvoters. Otherwise I usually do, depending in the size of a game
