Containment Procedures: AQUA-003 is contained in a large, reinforced aquarium with water from its original habitat. The chamber is equipped with hydraulic barriers to prevent it from manipulating the water within its enclosure.

Physical interaction is forbidden without proper safety equipment, and all personnel must carry shock-based deterrents.

Victims or any trace of human remains recovered must be incinerated to avoid contamination or potential spread of AQUA-003’s anomalous properties.

AQUA-003 was first discovered near a secluded river where locals reported mysterious disappearances. Victims are believed to have been pulled into the water and drowned by AQUA-003, which uses its hydrokinesis to create sudden whirlpools or drag individuals under the surface. Once the victim is subdued, AQUA-003 "skins" its prey, using sharp, retractable claws to peel away flesh. The skin is then worn by AQUA-003 as a form of disguise, allowing it to move more freely in human-populated areas without detection.
