SDXL 1.0
Getting SDXL to render a fluffy robot is HARD! Fluffy latex ladies are no problem, as are muscular/voluptuous robots, but one you start turning them into machines XL keeps wanting to make them slender. Or the faces don't match and you get a slender head on a fluffyish body. SD 1.5 is more faithful to the task, and I did most of my prep work in it. The more synonyms of "fluffy" you can stuff into your prompt, the better.
