Sprig

Lore & Behavior: Sprig is a timid but eager creature, often found clinging to colder patches of soil or hiding beneath snow-frosted foliage. They travel in small pods (groups), defending one another with rapid bursts of icy seeds that sting but rarely kill. Farmers and druids sometimes cultivate Sprigs as guardians for their crops, as their chilling aura slows pests and discourages vermin. They are simple-minded, instinct-driven beings, motivated by sunlight, cold breezes, and the promise of growing into something greater.
