Oh no, it is not "understandable" - In my view it's a very good creation - great expression of joy, on the face of a child seemingly living in poverty, happy with a rusty old toy.
But then I judge visual art (prompt-art) with totally different eyes....
Different futuristic toy, I hope it's not really the future!
