Titled "Bodies, Minds, and How to Rearrange Them, IV" is a leatherbound volume written circa 1905, by Getty Aplomnyn (assumed to be a pseudonym). Illustrations are credited to someone simply referred to as The Klinch.

A disjointed journal of daily nurse routines and procedures, peppered with manic confessional poetry from the imagined point of view of a night shift nurse in the employ of a medical ward at an Italian asylum in 1699, the year repeated over 300 times in the 170-page work, but which significance is unclear.
