The sampling method is stated to “yield barely imperceptible differences”. Here is a crude experiment to see the effect of six sampling methods on the output image (with fixed seed value and overall prompt weights). Original prompt by @Canebalize 

Findings: 1) Broadly speaking, all six images were similar to each other but there were four distinct images in the following three groups. a) The output generated by K_DPM_2 was same as K_DPM_2_ANCESTRAL. b) Similarly, the output generated by K_EULER was same as K_EULER_ANCESTRAL. Quite interestingly, a marginally different image was generated by K_LMS. 4) K_HEUN’s image was unique.
