Love is not blind, it just closes its eyes.

"People keep saying 'Love is blind' like it's an issue. It's true, love can make us act in unexpected ways and do things we later don't understand why. But love blindness is not a defect. Imagine everything that love gives and doesn't require good sight: your lover's touch, their voice in your ears, the attraction and affection love brings and the happiness and sadness that comes with and without it. There is a reason why lovers don't need the lights on, it's because love can choose close their eyes for everything that is not important to it." R.R.N.
