Rare though it may be, some few drow will defy the rule of the Spider Queen Lloth and find their way into the light, one such as this was the enigmatic sorceress of the Twilight Tower, raised from the bowels of the Underdark by her powerful magic to reach deep into the skies.
She was more brilliant and compassionate than she was beautiful and powerful. When she raised her tower it emerged into the heart of the Lluirwood, the forest home of the halfling tribes, embattled by trolls, bandits and other forms of monsters and dangerous creatures.
Seeing their plight, she immediately began working her great sorceries to free the Lluirwood of these threats. Within a decade, she was thought of as the enigmatic guardian of the forests, mostly keeping to herself, but always aiding those whom sought her out, occasionally being of great aid to the Harpers.
She became known as the Celestine Sorceress, a figure of power and noble heart amongst the great magic wielders of Faerun.
