Borrowing the conceptual definition for Fundamental Physical Constant to establish a definition for the word: FACT

As a U.S. citizen I can neither vote for, nor against funding the war in Ukraine. Putting aside my personal opinions on that, I know I cannot cast such a vote because I live in a Democratic Republic*. I vote for a Representative that casts a vote on my behalf.

It has become normal in common parlance, to refer to the U.S. as a Democracy and yet this is not a fact, nor is it true. There are some who might argue that it's not true because we're a Republic, but that is also false.

Both terms are adequate, and yet imprecise.

We use the terms "Sex" and "Gender" in precisely the same way.

I ask the following:

What is a fundamental physical constant?

Can language change a fundamental physical constant?

Does the presence of a social construct change a fundamental physical constant?

If ALL Scientists & Dr.s are experts, and all experts are trustworthy, why get a second opinion?
