Tempest of the Sea

The yacht was tossed and turned by the raging waves, as if it were a toy in the hands of a furious child. The wind howled and whipped the sails, tearing them to shreds. The rain pelted the deck, blinding the crew and drenching them to the bone. The thunder roared and the lightning flashed, illuminating the dark sky for a brief moment. The yacht creaked and groaned, as if it were about to break apart. The crew clung to whatever they could, praying for the storm to pass. They felt helpless and hopeless, at the mercy of the tempest of the sea.
