Rainbow Teapot using subtractive layering

My first attempt at teapot, for a contest: A stylized sunflower and leaf scene, carved into a white shiny porcelain teapot, revealing rainbow layers within the subtractive carving. The teapot is steeping tea, glowing warmly from within, with the heat causing the revealed rainbow colors to luminesce. The scene is set on a quaint wooden table adorned with embroidered tea-cloths and tea-towels draped over Hinoki wooden chairs. Bright morning sunlight streams through a window, creating a bokeh effect. An easel with an impasto relief painting stands in the corner of the composition.
