(Thanks to the kindness of my organisation, I was able to take this time away from my desk and see a physio!) The unexpected time away has given me a chance to reflect on this current time of innovation. Some of us might look back with a sense of regret, missing the explosion of the internet, while others took advantage of that opportunity and are already making waves now. AI has opened new avenues in all walks of life. Don’t get me wrong, just like the internet AI has it’s challenges and we’ll have to work together to tackle them. However, it’s an opportunity we cannot afford to miss. I don’t know where AI will take us, but I know collectively we can use it to drive meaningful change in the world. That’s why I’m passionate about creating an event that ignites curiosity, encourages collaboration, and enables us to take advantage of the limitless AI innovation space. I’m excited to announce that on May 16th, I’ll be hosting Yusuf’s AI Meet Up - Start Ups, Innovation & the Future bringing people from my network—and yours—to brainstorm, challenge and share AI ideas and innovations.
