Mental and physical health both matter. Your feelings matter more sometimes.
I can tell you have such sweet friendly vibe. Never forget its okay to put time aside for yourself and try not to worry so much in getting to it all at once/daily if you need to prioritize stuff. Most people that are good for you will be very understanding and patient with you.
