All of the sandwiches proffered had at least 7 fillings and could have only been eaten by someone ready for the asylum.
Suggested ingredients:
*Yeast cakes mixed with peanut butter, olives, pork skin, and salted prunes.
*Yeast cakes with saltines and bean/vinegar paste.
*Yeast cakes with cocktail wieners and fish tails, sweetened.
*Yeast cakes liberally mixed with gelatin, horseradish, and Limburger cheese.
*Yeast cakes and smelt marinated in anything.
Large dollops of extra pickles, relish, and salt were also advised.

I see some of the ingridients include Lutefish. A norwegian dish consumed once a year with large amounts of Aquevit, around christmas time. A truly horrid dish. But not so horrid as the swedish delicacy Surströmning (long fermented herring) which smell and taste clearly is a violation of the Geneve-convension.
