Frostalon Remake

Since I remade Flare and Meteor, as well as some of the other villains, like Hydrovolt, time to move on to the next one.
At first, Frostalon only had super strength, and he went into hiding in Canada when Flare's OG team split up. After Toxone created a serum to enhance their powers, he developed ice powers as well as strength and so took on this look. He's meant to be more muscular but this design works too. Several NightCafe designs aren't entirely accurate to my imagination anyways.
