Rhonda: "Sabi, you're kind of quiet today. Is everything okay? Do you want me to leave you to concentrate?"

Sabine: "Oh. Yes, Rhonda, everything is good. I'm just thinking about qualifying today. Yes, I have . . . thoughts." [smiles impishly]

Rhonda: "Ooo, ooh! Ohmigosh!! This sounds interesting! Please tell me!"

Sabine: "Okay. I haven't talked to my dad about this yet, only Michele and you, so keep it between us for now?"

Rhonda: "Sure, Sabi. Of course."

Sabine: [takes a breath] "Here it is. I'm going to do something big today. I'm going for the LMP lap record again today. I know I did it in spring testing, but I want to do it officially. I want to do it in qualifying, I want it to count, and I want the whole world to see it. [looks intently at Rhonda] Does that sound arrogant or selfish?"

Rhonda: "Not at all. That's what I would be thinking if I were you. You are the fastest driver out here, so why not SHOW the world?"

Sabine: "Then if dad says it's okay, I'm going for it."
