They're cute little things, but can be simultaneously smelly and heartbreaking. 😅 Maybe I should say they tend to be stinky fragile little things.

I bet. I might just raise chickens again. Maybe several types of birds. The jackrabbits around here steal quail eggs and leave them sitting around where ever. I want to be prepared to hatch them. Thank you for your knowledge. 

Admittedly, this was early childhood, so things might have changed. But do remember regrets were had. 🙃 Also got me sent to the Principal's office at one point when a teacher asked me what I had for breakfast, and I said eggs and toast. So she asked me how many eggs, and I said 13. We got into a bit of an argument over it, and I got sent up for lying. She never asked me what kind. 😂

We've got backyard chickens at the moment, but that can be a bit tough as well with the bald eagles and the coyotes around.
