Haha! Well I always imagine a brief portion of a story behind my stuff as I'm making it!

This is about capitalism, as most of my art is, and humanity trying to exploit a resource that it doesn't understand. Every modern luxury started as an exploitation of labor and sometimes that labor doesn't like to be exploited. Not all the times, but sometimes.

So, in this story, the infernal demon was actually victimized by a cult dedicated to the expansion of riches, but the cult cut corners, didn't full exercise every safeguard, and the demon found a way to escape, at least partially, into technology.

Poor people have always been moralized and demonized by the upper class and so I guess, in a way, us making AI art is us becoming the demon of this picture, escaping into technology.
