Cloud perched precariously on the dusty moonscape, its fluffy form trembling. Uncle Leo's voice crackling through the radio, tried to maintain a professional tone. "Alright, marshmallow-creature, spill it. Intergalactic stowaway? Alien dessert gone rogue?"
"Neither!" Cloud squeaked, its voice high-pitched with panic. "I swear! I was enjoying a spring dew when suddenly everything went... Poof!"
Suddenly, a streak of light blazed across the gray sky, culminating in a loud THUD. A crystal, shaped like a perfect pentagonal star, lay smoldering a few feet away. Cloud, with a surprised yelp, bounced back, narrowly avoiding a celestial clobbering.
Uncle Leo, his voice tinged with awe, broke the tense silence. "Uh, Cloud? Did you just… dodge a falling star?" Cloud, its single, googly eye wide with disbelief, could only gurgle incoherently.
