Eh, mine are fine; the forest ones are cute, but this widdle one beats them! I do like my evolved Rac on a Bike that I submitted, though, that should give some good competition!! But then again, it's very unlikely that a voter will see both of ours to compare, so we just have no idea, as usual :D

Hi Ria!! Thanks a lot!! However, it started very well at 3.95, but now it's sunken to 3.52!! It might miss 20% at this rate; such a travesty haha! Maybe the group of voters who saw it weren't ready for this style!

I think things can still change (there’s still 14 hours to go), so don’t worry for now. 🤗 I think the raccoon you submitted is unique and beautiful 😍, there’s a lot of luck involved though, it really depends on what the voters have seen before it, if they downvoted intentionally, etc.
I loved my Pikamecha, but it didn’t even get to 20%. 😂😂 For sure there were maaany better mechas, but as I suspected the voters were too confused with the theme: I think half of them voted only the most massive, coolest/meaning looking mechas (I was sure that many of them, being American, probably know the Pacific Rim titan mechas and that’s it), and half of them probably voted EVERY cute machine… cause the bronze winner is a robot owl, which isn’t even a mecha. I probably got unlucky and got the forst half of the voters. 😅
Maybe same for your raccoon: so far it only got voters expecting raccoons (continue)

Yeah, I still gotta look! :D It's like the "why climb a mountain? because it's there" saying; why look at the score? because it's there! :D It's true about the score getting better sometimes; my crystal duck climbed a whole point to get top 5%, so maybe my raccoon can do the same!
I'm sorry about your Picamecha; my mecha finished at 3.48, which was right on the edge of 20% (Discord said that was 3.5), so that wasn't bad for my low effort (since I was still focused on crystal owls at the time)! But yeah, many winners weren't even mechas; they were bots. Even 2nd place was a bot. So I could've submitted one of my 2 female-looking gold bots that you had liked and it most likely would've done better (7th was a gold bot). But I couldn't know that beforehand!
Yeah, you’re right… a lot of winners were bots and androids, not mechas, that’s why I think everyone was confused and the voters kinda splitted in 2 categories: the ones that were voting highly anything mechanical as long as it looked good, and the ones that were voting highly ONLY the titan mecha types. So I don’t know if one of your female-looking mechas, despite looking stunning 🥰, would have done better… depends on what category would have voted it. There’s really so much luck involved. 🥺

Maybe it’s because I suffer from anxiety, but really I couldn’t look at the score without a feeling of dread! When I started in NC, I didn’t even know you could see your score, lol! 😅😂
I saw it just a couple of times (when I wanted to vote and looked at the score by mistake), once it was with my other golden win, the cat eating a salad for the “meme” challenge. I remember votes had just started and my picture was rated something like 3… I got anxious, closed the page and forgot about it. Well, that kitty won the challenge. 😳❤️ So apparently the score can change DRAMATICALLY during the day, I think it’s better not to get fixated on it. 😉
