A raccoon, alone in the woods
Waiting for her attendance
To be important or needed
Like the day before
And before and before, back to the past
The past of herself, a much naive and joyful self
The days she thought all human would like her
Human who noticed her existence for a moment, she thought was friendship
She goes to the trash, useless items, and turn them to gift, present, symbol of her burning like a fire care
For months she believes in this view
From months to years
Nothing couldn't have changed her mind
But on a flip of a dime, it was all destroyed
Dismantle, and broke apart
The human didn't care about her at all
Her star of her effort and appreciation of them
It was for nothing, nothing at all
The care of fire burn with a new hateful emotions
She was stupid, naive and pathetic to the truth
Told herself lies, a part of her want to still believe in the lies, the other wish she never did
A few years later the same raccoon scarred and broke in her heart
Never the same
